First, make sure that the Spotfire application is closed.
Then, click on the buttons below to uninstall packages (if the button is disabled, there are no packages installed).
When all packages are uninstalled, it is necessary to reinstall DecisionSite Client. Use either the installation media or the Install Packages link from the Support pages.
